The History of HERMES2

Hi everyone!! My name is Hermes2. And now I am going to tell you how i got where I am today.

One spring day, my friend Dudaogutaoju, told me about a game called Club Penguin. Of course, I wanted to try it, so I went to Dudaogutaoju´s house so I could sing up. When I signed up, my first Club Penguin name was Homer221133. This was because seen´s I was 9 years old I loved the show The Simpsons on Fox. But when the Club Penguin Team didnñt send me any E-mail so I could not activaded the penguin. So I came up with a new name Hermes2. Because it remembered me about someone I miss, he always used that name on games. Yep Hermes2 was a better name than Homer221133. I continue to watch The Simpsons but not as much anymore.

When I first came to Club Penguin, there was a opera masc thron at the floor of the Plaza. (that`s right! The stage wasn`t open. If you tried to go inside, you would just stop by the door, and a strange sound poped up everytime you passed by. The time we waited was fun because there was a crane with a letter saying `actors needed soon` and many penguin made up as if they would be the directors and made silly questions to get actors! Unfortunatly, because I was new, I didn`t know about the club penguin news paper the `Penguin Times` so I didn`t know when the Stage was gonna be opend.

Later that year I opened a site called Club Penguin Official Blog ! But, now the website isn`t available anymore.

After going through months of playing Club Penguin, I was getting a little bored. So one day, I downloaded a program called Hypercam 2. It was the coolest program ever!!!! I was finally able to entertain myself by making Club Penguin videos! One day, I took my club penguin videos to public, by posting Club Penguin Updateing Chanel Episode 1 on youtube!!

On November 19, 2007, When the first ever CPUC episode was posted, I was so excited. I even went on Club Penguin to advertise. After the first week of being on YouTube, I had got 30 views. “AWESOME I GOT 20 VIEWS!!!” I said to my parents. lol I know this sounds really stupid, but I was excited at that time, because I had been in YouTube before. (Think about it 30 people in one room, looking at a computer screen. Sounds like alot, doesn`t it?) Even though that may sound like alot of people, it is still NOTHING in comparison to how many views I have now! Butone thing that was amazing about my first 3 videos, was that i edited them with nothing but hypercam!

And to this very day, I continue to make Club Penguin UCs. Looking back I can see that I went through some hard times and cool times. I had been everything that I wanted to be. In one life I was famous, and in another, I was just a normal penguin. . When I watch my first episode of CPUC, I can hardly imagine thinking that it was the best video to me when I first posted it.  But even though it may be boring, feelings go through my heart when I watch it and I know that I will never just be a normal penguin again. It is cool sometimes to be famous, but at other times, I just want to be a normal penguin. But having people look up to you, and being an insperation, is far better than any penguin can ask for. Sometimes, I go on unpopular servers like shiver, matterhorn, wind chill, or Avalanche, just so I can go back. This is sometimes why I say “Can I be alone for a bit?” when I am on these servers. But I still love to be famous, and make club penguin videos. It is so much fun! And I would never want to stop!
