New penguin clothing comes out on Friday and there’s some cool stuff! I don’t want to give away too much, but here’s a sneak peek:

In other news: The music party continues to rock and I have an exciting announcement — A lot of you requested that we keep jammin’ and so we’re extending the party!!  It will be around until August 5.  Of course, there are lots of other exciting things happening after that (including the new game level), and I’ll keep you posted.

The Band Returned To The Stage

Unfortunately, the Club Penguin band are back on stage at the Iceberg to perform. I hope you met them while they were Backstage!

The Band

If you haven’t noticed the Club Penguin Band is not playing at the Ice Berg. Instead they are roaming Club Penguin much like Rockhopper giving out a new item. The new item is an autographed background and is only for members. Here’s a picture of the new item.

The Club Penguin Band will go backstage in differnt servers, here is a picture of all their player cards. When you click the box you will receive the background.

Make a comment saying if you have met a band member or not, and if so which one you met.

Club Penguin Music Jam Changes

The first major change would be that the Stage at the Dock is now Pink. According to the newspaper, it will change everyday.

The green puffle, Keeper, has also returned to the Night Club.

And here’s just some info on the party: At the Dojo, if you step onto the colored tile (when no one’s on it yet, it’ll light up and start playing the big instrument behind the tile). At the Lighthouses’s stage, if no one is on it, it stops and goes dark.

Music Jam 08 Vid

Club Penguin Music Jam 08

Hey! The Music Jam is out and it’s Club Penguin’s best CP History party yet! Music Rocks, Rooms Rock, 2 Free Items ! Now, let’s get started! The Free Items are really cool! 1’s a returning one though and it is Sheevmister’s rarest item . Oh well. Alright first, the Fiesta Maracas which is loacted at the Cove!

Then, there’s another free item! It’s a Music Jam 08 shirt! It is located at the Plaza.

That’s all the Free Items! For you wicked members theres more! You can buy Shirts and VIP Passes!

This stand is located at the Snow Forts! The VIP passes give you something special! Go to the dock and then on the stage it will say “VIPS Only”! Here’s a peek at it!

After you drag your mouse on it it will show a door! Lead to the door and tada! You can go in! This feature is sadly only for members! Here’s a picture for the Non-Members who want to see this!

Click To En-Large ! Anyways for members in that room, you can buy old band items! There’s 1 new guitar! Its awesome!

There is 1 secert in the catalog! Click The I’s dot for the Red Guitar!

On the bottom of the screen it’s cool because a button you see named
“Applause” is there. If you click it it will make a cool noise!

Also, at the Iceburg there is the CP Band playing! It is very cool!

The New Club Penguin DJ Game has finished! Go inside the dance club and walk to the left stereo!

The game is awesome! Your a mixer! And when you feel like stop playing click “X” overhead and it will show you your amount of coins you got! The games name is DJ3K!

New Game Sneak Peek Picture Changed

Club Penguin changed the picture. The color of the penguin has changed (probably to avoid confusion about a new color), the lighting has darkened, and “DJ3K” has been added to the bottom(probably to avoid confusion on the name of the DJ and/or because 3K = 3000, which would be like the Switchbox 3000 or Pizzatron 3000, invented by G). And one of the rumors/ideas circulating around lately is being able to use the music you create in your igloo. I can’t wait for this new game (coming THIS Friday)!

Screenhog Announces New Game!

Hi Everyone!

Ever since Club Penguin began, there has been a DJ table sitting in the Night Club.

The plan always was to turn the DJ table into something more fun, something more interactive, but we never really got around to it.

Until now.

On Friday, July 25 with the launch of the Music Jam ‘08 party, we are introducing the new game!  It’s Club Penguin’s first music-making game!

Of course, it’s a little hard to show how cool it is from just a screenshot, since you can’t actually hear the music.  But when it launches with the party, you will.

Hello Penguins!

There’s been so much excitement around the new features so I thought I’d give you something else to look forward to…July’s party!

In other news:  Did you see the construction at the Night Club?  Something big is happening there – Grab your hard hats and jackhammers if you want to help out. I don’t want to give too much away but I can tell you it’s related to the party and a new game that will be coming!! Also, to get you in the groove for the musical festivities, new furniture and music were released today. I can’t wait to see how you’ve rocked out your igloos!!

Ending of CPIP

Hello Penguins!

The features were successfully launched!  Based on your feedback, we’re still doing some tweaking – and fixing a few bugs, but things are looking good.

 
Next week, the CPIP blog will be closing for the time being.  You guys have helped a lot–starting back in March with the Server Test and in April with all the feedback on the site redesign! The Club Penguin Team sends a huge ‘thanks’ for all the work and enthusiasm you’ve put into CPIP. I’ll be posting a final blog next week but I wanted to give you the heads up.

You’ll be able to leave comments until next Wednesday, and we still really want to hear your suggestions and ideas about how to make these features even better.
